Briana Huffer, Partner

Briana Huffer focuses her practice on commercial and securities litigation, representing corporations and major broker-dealers in a broad array of claims.  Briana is well versed in the various facets of retail brokerage, regulatory matters, and investment banking.  She has successfully represented clients in state, federal, and appellate courts, as well as the arbitral forums FINRA and JAMS. 
 

Prior to joining Eugene L. Small, P.C., Briana litigated a wide range of matters at firms in both New York and Florida, including complex commercial litigation, contract and employment disputes, aviation litigation, and consumer protection matters.
 

Briana graduated cum laude from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University and subsequently received her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School.   Briana currently lives in New York, where she is active in the young professional community.
